Email smoothskies@soulacy.io for app support, privacy questions or help with deletion. Include your app version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, API keys or full travel documents.

A flight estimate will not load

Check your connection and try again. Flight and weather coverage varies. If the service is temporarily limited, wait before retrying. Previously saved offline briefs remain under Settings → Flight companion.

Prepare for airplane mode

Open a flight estimate and select Save brief for offline use. You can import an audio message from Files under Familiar voice. Family activities are bundled with the app.

Delete your account and data

Open Settings → Account & data → Delete guest account and data. Confirm the request while online. Local companion data is cleared when accepted; guest-account server data is removed within 24 hours under normal operation. If the request fails, reconnect and try again, or contact support.

Notifications

Use Flight Notifications in Settings to opt in or out. A connection is needed to synchronize changes with the server. Quiet mode limits routine reminders to one before departure. Alerts are periodic, not live.

About forecasts

Ride estimates are experimental weather-model signals along an estimated route, not measured turbulence or a safety guarantee. Keep your seatbelt fastened while seated and follow crew instructions.
